摘要
在文献研究、高校教师的案例分析、专家访谈与开放式问卷调查的基础上,采用实证法编制了高校教师招聘标准问卷,并对其信度和效度进行了检验。结果表明,教学能力、人格魅力、科研能力、身份和背景和表率行为5个因素是高校教师招聘中最重要的因素。
Based on the literature research,the case study of university teachers,experts' interviews and an open questionnaire survey,this research uses empirical method to design a questionnaire for the standards of college teacher recruitment,and verifies their reliability and validity.The results shows that the teaching ability,personality glamour,scientific research ability,identity and background,and behavior model are the most important factors when recruiting university teachers.
