摘要
通过对多家专科医院在专科医师培养模式方面的调研和分析,总结了专科医师培养方面存在的问题以及各专科医院的应对方式,认为专科医师培养模式的改革应该考虑专科医院的特殊情况予以适当调整,以利于专科医院的可持续发展。
Through the study of training systems for specialists in some special hospitals,the replying manners of special hospitals and the questions existed in the training systems are summarized.That the reformation of training system for specialists should adjust to the special conditions of special hospitals to do good for the sustainable development of special hospitals.
