摘要
目的了解深圳市幼儿园园医的口腔知识水平,评价对园医开展口腔健康教育讲座的效果。方法采用讲座前后分别填写问卷的方式,调查并对比461名园医在口腔健康教育前后口腔保健知识、态度与行为的情况。结果健康教育前防龋方法和乳牙反原因的回答正确率分别为28.10%、23.23%,健康教育后分别提高到35.84%、29.42%,与教育前比较有明显提高(P<0.05);健康教育后口腔保健知识其余知识点的回答正确率比教育前均显著提高(P<0.01)。健康教育前认为需要定期进行口腔检查的园医占51.11%,刷牙时间和牙刷更换频率的回答正确率分别为66.81%和54.20%,健康教育后分别提高到67.70%、87.39%和77.65%,较健康教育前有显著提高(P<0.01)。结论深圳市幼儿园园医的口腔知识存在不足,应加强园医的口腔保健知识教育,改善他们的态度与行为方面的认知。
Objective To investigate the oral knowledge level of Shenzhen kindergarten doctors,and to assess the effectiveness of oral health education.Methods The questionnaire survey about oral health knowledge,attitude and practice was conducted among 461 kindergarten doctors before and after lecture.Results Before lecture,the correct answer rates of caries prevention and the reason of deciduous teeth cross-bite were 28.10% and 23.23%,after lecture,the correct answer rates were 35.84% and 29.42%,the rates were obviously increased(P0.05).And after lecture,the correct answer rates of other results on oral health knowledge were even more significantly increased(P0.01).Before lecture the correct answer rate of whether it's necessary to periodically take oral check were 51.11%,those of brushing teeth time and tooth brush renewal frequency were 66.81% and 54.20%,after lecture,the correct answer rates were 67.70%,87.39%,and 77.65% respectively,and the rates were significantly increased(P0.01).Conclusion Shenzhen kindergarten doctors were still weak in oral knowledge.It was necessary to augment oral health education to them,so to improve their cognition on oral health knowledge,attitude and practice.
