摘要
我国森林资源匮乏，提出大力发展速生丰产林、重视利用次小薪材、三剩物、间伐材等低质材以及竹材资源，调整原料及产品结构，积极参与热带森林资源开发。旨在立足本国，开源节流、自力更生解决我国木材供应问题。
Because forest resource in China is very short, raising full development of fast - growing high yield forests, paying attention to using second - class small firewood and three surplus, occasionally thinning the wed and low quality wood elc. and also bamboo resource adjusting the raw material and products structure taking positively part in development of the tropical forest resource. There should be adopted for aiming at standing on domestic market, developing resource and savihg loss, and self - reliance to solve the problem of wood supplying in China.
