In Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group,refined management is implemented to the full which in turn produces marked improvements in the company's economic returns.In this paper,a brief analysis is carried out on the formulation of a standardized quotas system,preparation of key work position performance appraisal indices system,intensified cost management and the preparation of perspective annual achievement plan.
