摘要
阐述了由于沙坪矿矿井产能提升,选煤厂存在现有系统处理能力不足以及不适应不同开采煤层煤质变化大的问题。分析了原煤系统、选煤生产系统存在问题,并结合煤层及煤层地质构造变化特点,提出具体的提能改造方案,提升选煤生产系统的处理能力,以适应矿井产能提升,提升选煤厂的综合产率及经济效益,为选煤厂的全面发展打下坚实基础。
In order to further improve the efficiency of coal washing and control the overall production cost,the coal washing plant should pay more attention to the upgrading and upgrading of the system during operation,integrate the shortcomings of the raw ore system and production process,improve the safety and feasibility of equipment operation,simplify the production process,optimize the production process as the starting point,and reasonably transform the coal washing system,After the practical transformation is completed,analyze its operational effectiveness,conduct in-depth analysis of the current achievements and existing problems,in order to establish a more targeted system optimization process,improve the level of mechanization and automation,and develop towards intelligence,laying the foundation for the smooth progress of high-quality coal preparation work.
