摘要 为了研究巨人南瓜标本的保存液,通过测定吸光度、硬度和pH等指标,在筛选基本保存液和护色剂的基础上,确定了巨人南瓜标本的最佳保存液.结果表明:巨人南瓜浸泡液的最大吸收波长为443nm,三乙醇胺∶福尔马林∶水=2∶7∶91配制的溶液能较好地保持巨人南瓜的硬度和颜色;添加0.3%的苯甲酸钠能提高保存液的护色作用,而氯化锌对巨人南瓜颜色具有破坏作用,该保存液可用于巨人南瓜标本的长期(至少12个月)保存. In order to study the preservation liquid of giant pumpkin specimen,its absorbency,hardness and pH were mensurated.The optimal preservation liquid of giant pumpkin specimen was ascertained based on the screening of basic preservation liquid and color-preservation reagent.Results showed that the maximum absorbency wavelength of the liguid was 443nm,liquid of triethanolamine∶formalin∶water=2∶7∶91 could maintain the hardness and color of giant pumpkin,ZnCl2 could decrease the color of giant pumpkin,while 0.3% sodium benzoate could strengthen the color-preservation.This liquid could preserve giant pumpkin specimen for a long period(at least 12 months).
