摘要
目的探讨微创手术切口在人工全髓关节置换中的应用。方法对我院自2002年1月至2009年1月采用徽创小切口,使用钛合金实施人工全髓关节置换术79例回顾性分析。结果 79例人工全髋关节置换手术,手术时间平均80min,手术切口长约7.5cm,术中出血量减少平均350mL,所有患者术后经过X线摄片示下肢长度等长。无塌陷或松动、无大腿疼痛、无切口感染和假体周围骨折。结论微创切口全髋关节置换术能减少组织损伤,缩短手术时间短,术后并发症少,术后恢复快,关节可早期负重活动,在临床上值得推广。
Objective This thesis aims to investigate the application of minimally invasive surgical incision in the total hip arthroplasty.Methods The retrospective analysis of the 79 cases of the total hip arthroplasty which use minimally invasion and Titanium in our hospital from January,2002 to January,2009.Results 79 cases of the total hip arthroplasty the operation time is one hour and twenty minutes on average, the incision is nearly 7.5 cm, the amount of bleeding in surgery lessen 350ml and the lower limb isometric of the patients through the X-Ray. There is no collapse or loose, no thigh pain, no wound infection and periprothetic fracture.Conclusion The application of minimally invasive surgical incision in the total hip arthroplasty can reduce tissue damage, shorten the operation time, less postoperative complications and weight-bearing activities can be allowed. It can be promoted clinically because of the raid postoperative recovery.
