摘要 人工髋关节置换是解除患者髋部疼痛,纠正畸形和恢复功能的有效治疗手段。随着社会的人口老龄化,以及人们对生活质量要求的提高,人工髋关节置换已广泛开展。40多年来人工髋关节置换技术得到迅猛发展,微创技术的应用代表了人工髋关节置换的未来发展方向,成功应用这种技术的两个关键因素是足够完善的手术训练和熟练地应用器械。由于微创人工髋关节置换具有切口美容好、创伤小、出血少、恢复快等优点,而颇受临床医生和患者的重视。但并不是所有的患者都适合微创髋关节置换,微创人工髋关节置换的适应证如何?其手术入路多种多样,应如何选择手术入路?微创髋关节置换有哪些常见并发症?应如何防治?文章总结了中国关于微创髋关节置换的相关研究,就以上问题进行了探讨。 Artificial hip replacement is an effective therapy to eliminate hip pain, correct deformity and restore function. With population aging and improving of people life quality, artificial hip replacement has been widely conducted. Over the past 40 years, artificial hip replacement technique has rapidly developed, and minimally invasive technology presents development direction of future artificial hip replacement. Skilled operation experience and instrument application are two key factors to ensure surgery success. The minimally invasive technology arouses more attention from clinical doctors and patients due to minimal invasion, little blood loss and fast recovery. However, not all patients can undergo minimally invasive hip replacement. This paper summarized related studies on minimally invasive hip replacement in domestic, and discussed the indications, surgical approach, complications and prevention.
