摘要 测量不确定度是表征被测定值的分散性,并与测量结果相联系的参数,二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法是测定水质六价铬(Cr6+)主要方法之一,根据其分析过程的操作步骤确定了其影响因素。在此评定了该方法测定水质中Cr6+的不确定度,依照分析方法建立数学模型,并根据数学模型把不确定度分解为取样体积引入的、重复性实验测定引入的、铬标准使用液配制过程中引入的、工作曲线引入的、分析仪器引入的各不确定度,对影响测量结果的各个分量进行了分析评定和计算,最终给出结果报告和评定结果分析,提出校准实验和多次重复性测量是影响样品分析误差的重要因素。 Uncertainty is the parameter that attributes the dispersity of measured value and tied with the determinate value.The diphenylcarbazide spectrophotometric method is one of the major methods to determinate chromium(Ⅵ) in the wastewater.Many influencing factors were confirmed according to the operating procedures of its analysis process.Uncertainty of the method determining chromium(Ⅵ) in the wastewater was assessed in this paper.The mathematical model was established and according to this model,the total uncertainty was divided into many pieces,such as container uncertainty,repeatability tests uncertainty,preparation procedure uncertainty,working curve uncertainty,analysis instrument uncertainty and so on.The component uncertainty that affected the result was evaluated,and at the end of this article,the result report and analysis for the evaluated result were given.In a word,correcting experiment and repeatability tests played an important role in affecting the error of samples analysis.
