摘要
根据综合集成的思路和方法,通过分析工程风险的复杂性特征,探索工程风险的综合集成管理模式。研究表明,工程风险的综合集成管理模式的核心在于建立一个能够集成各种资源的复杂组织系统,并利用这个系统实现对工程风险管理过程的综合集成。以某灾后重建项目为例,实证了该模式在工程实践中的应用。
According to the ideas and methods of synthetic integration and by analyzing the complex features of engineering risks,a new administrative model of engineering risk is sought for and built.The core of the model is to create a complex organizational system which could integrate the different kinds of resources,and through the behaviors of the system to implement the administrative process of comprehensive integration.The model proposed here is applied to a post-disaster reconstruction project successfully,and its applied effect is proved through this exploratory study.
