摘要
目的分析研究雅安市疾病预防控制系统微生物实验室培养基质控现状,为提高本系统微生物检验检测水平、为疾病的科研和防治提供科学依据。方法依据SN/T1538.1-2005的相关内容对所获得的数据进行科学分析。结果对9家微生物实验室的调查显示,厂家报告索取率为76.49%,验收及开启使用记录率为58.20%,配制记录率为80.22%,标准菌株验证率为7.46%,污染测试率为86.19%,pH测试率为93.50%,灭菌记录85.85%。结论调查结果看来,雅安市疾控系统微生物实验室的培养基质控现状不能令人满意,特别是培养基的标准菌株验证率只有7.46%,基本处于停滞,在今后的工作中应该引起我们的足够重视。
Objective To analyze disease prevention and control system in Ya＇an medium quality control microbiology laboratory situation,in order to improve the detection level of microbiological examination of the system for disease prevention and control research and provide a scientific basis.Methods Based on SN/T1538.1-2005 relevant content on the scientific analysis of data obtained.Results Nine microbiology laboratory survey,manufacturers reported rate of 76.49% obtained,acceptance and opening rate of 58.20% using the records,preparation of record was 80.22 percent,the standard rate of 7.46% strain verification,pollution testing was 86.19 %,pH test was 93.50%,85.85% sterilization records.Conclusion Results seem,the city CDC microbiology laboratory quality control status of the medium is not satisfactory,especially in the standard medium strain verification rate of only 7.46%,almost at a standstill,in the future work should cause us enough attention.
