摘要
目的探讨K562细胞实验室培养中有关污染的观测与防控,并及时有效的处理污染,以提高K562细胞继续培养的可行性。方法注重培养用品的清洗与消毒灭菌,合理使用培养液与培养设备,优化培养环境及抗生素培养。结果确立了良好的培养条件,保证了细胞的存活率,保障了K562细胞的继续培养。结论加强实验室污染的观测与防控及及时有效的处理污染,为K562细胞继续培养提供了必要的保障。
Objective To study the K562 cell laboratory culture about the contamination＇ s the observation and the prevention, and the prompt effective processing contamination, continues the feasibility which to the K562 cell culture. Methods Focus on training the cleaning supplies and disinfection and sterilization, uses the nutrient fluid and the culture equipment reasonably, optimized culture environment and antibiotic culture. Results Has established the good culture condition, had guaranteed cell＇ s survival percentage, safeguarded the K562 cell to continue the culture. Conclusion Strengthens the laboratory pollution the observation and the prevention and the prompt effective processing pollution, continued for the K562 cell to culture has provided the essential safeguard.
