摘要
非油品业务经营一直是加油站开发新利润的源泉,而配送作为其运行的重要环节,对节约成本,提高效率,增加效益有着不可估量的作用。针对目前非油品配送现状,从区域特点和规模特征出发,详细讨论不同加油站所应采用的配送模式及其组合,以期为加油站非油品业务提高配送效率提供借鉴。
Non-oil business has always been considered the source of gas station's developing new profit,distribution as an important part of business operations,plays an immeasurable role on costing savings,improving efficiency and increasing benefit. According to status of non-oil distribution,the area of characteristics and size of features,the different gas station convenience stores should appropriate an distribution model and the model portfolio,hoping that it will give some advices for improving efficiency of delivery of non-oil products.
