摘要
研究十字花科植物播娘蒿种子(南葶苈子)提取物的化学成份。采用大孔树脂柱色谱和硅胶柱色谱对化合物进行分离和纯化,并通过波谱(1H-NMR1,3C-NMR,MS)分析和化学方法鉴定了其结构。从南葶苈子中分离鉴定出6个化合物:2,5-二甲基-7-羟基-色酮(2,5-dimethyle-7-hydroxychromone,1)、对羟基苯甲醛(p-hydroxy benzaldehyde,2)、异香草酸(isovanillic acid,3)、丁香酸(syringic acid,4)、对羟基苯甲酸(p-benzoic acid,5)和烟酸(nicotinic acid,6)。化合物1~6为首次从播娘蒿属植物中分离得到。
To study the chemical constituents of the seed extracts of Descurainia sophia(L.)Webb ex Prantl.The chemical constituents were isolated by macroporous resin column chromatography and silica gel column chromatography,and identified by spectral data and chemical methods.Six compounds obtained were identified as 2,5-dimethyle-7-hydroxychromone(1),p-hydroxy benzaldehyde(2),iso-vanillic acid(3),syringic acid(4),p-benzoic acid(5)and nicotinic acid(6.) 1~6 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
