摘要
目的:采用大孔树脂柱色谱分离纯化黄芪总皂苷。方法:采用比色法测定含量。结果:该法能把黄芪中黄芪总皂替较好的富集纯化出来。结论:该法操作简单经济,可用于黄芪总皂苷的分离纯化。
Objective：To separate and purify the total astragalins from Astrogalus membranaceus（Fish）Bunge by macroporous resin column chromatography.Methods：Determination of Its content by colorimetry.Results：The method can better richen and purify the total astragalins from Astragalus membranaceus（Fish）Bunge.Conclusion：The operation of this method is simple and economic,the method can be used for separation purification of total astragalins.
