摘要
在改革开放和体制转轨时期,利益结构由过去高度的整体化、单一化向分散化、多元化转变,激发了各参与主体的利益意识。农民工社会保障作为社保领域的重要方面,在执行上却处于举步维艰的境地,其根本原因在于政策参与者的利益博弈。本文以"理性经济人"和"资源稀缺"为假设前提,从博弈的角度探究各竞赛者的利益价值取向,从而提高农民工社会保障的操作性和贯彻力。
During the transitional period of opening up and institutional reform,the structure of interest had been changed into decentralization、diversification from high integration in the past,which stimulate main participants’ awareness of benefits.The execution of migrant workers’ social security is still in a difficult situation as an important aspect of the flied of social security,the fundamental reason is the interest of the game between key partner.I will explore various competitors’ value of interest from the hypothesis of rational economical man and resource scarcity in this paper,the purpose is to improve the implementation and operational force of migrant workers’ social security.
