摘要
该课题广泛收集了唐代至清代的妊娠期饮食调治的文献,通过文献研究的方法对所收集的材料进行整理、归纳,并结合统计分析的方法,对安胎、利妊娠食物进行了系统的总结和研究。研究发现:安胎、利妊娠食物多为甘味、平性之品,且多入脾、胃、肾经。
This topic has widely collected the Tang Dynasty the literature which recuperates under medical treatment to Qing Dynasty gestational diet,to the material which collects carries on the reorganization,the induction through the method of literature search,and unifies the statistical analysis the method,and might the application gestation period food compound prescription carry on summary and the research to favorable pregnancy food.The research discovered:The quieting fetus,favorable pregnancy food many are sweetness,even,and enters the Spleen Meridian of Foot-Taiyin,the foot Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming,the foot kidney Meridian of Foot-Shaoyin.
