摘要
对于约束优化问题,通过引入一个个体隶属于可行域的程度的概念,提出描述和度量非可行解的新方法,并在此基础上构造一种新的评价非可行解的适应度函数。
For the constrained optimization problem,based on the introduction of the individual attached to the concept of the extent feasible region,this paper proposes a new method for formulating and evaluating illegal points,and on this basis,constructs a new evaluation of the non-feasible solution of the fitness function.
