摘要
目的:了解不同举办主体的社区卫生服务中心在基础条件、服务能力等各方面的差别,分析其产生的原因,为成都市更好地开展社区卫生服务工作提供参考。方法:采取问卷调查的形式,对成都市6个中心城区的所有社区卫生服务中心进行调查。结果:不同举办主体的社区卫生服务中心在基础设施建设、软硬件条件和服务量等方面存在一定的差异,政府举办的中心各方面条件均优于其他举办形式的中心。结论:应对事业、企业、个人及社会团体举办的社区卫生服务中心加大政策上及经济上的扶持,提高其服务能力,使其能够更好地为居民的健康服务。
Objective：To analyze the differences between the basic condition,service capacity and other fields of the community health services （CHS） centers run by different holders,in order to provide some references for the development of the CHS in Chengdu City. Methods：All the CHS centers downtown were taken to do a questionnaire survey. Results：The basic installation,software and hardware,and the volume of service and so on were all different between the CHS centers run by different holders,the centers held by the government ran better than the other centers. Conclusion：The government should improve the policy and economy to support the centers held by the other agencies,and do a better services for the health of the residents.
