摘要
卫生服务不连续、不协调是各国卫生服务体系普遍存在的问题。我国虽已建成覆盖全民的城乡卫生服务体系,但却远远没有形成协调统一高效的体系。新时代人民群众对卫生保健服务的需求以及卫生事业发展的趋势,揭示了建立协调统一高效卫生服务体系的必要性和可能性。欧洲各国在构建协调统一的卫生服务体系的过程中进行了有益的探索,其新的理念和新的做法可为我们提供借鉴。
One of the common issues of health service systems in many countries is lack of continuity and coordination in providing health care services. Although health services delivering system has covered urban and rural areas,it is still far from a coordinative and effective one. The trend of health care demand and health care service development shows the necessity and probability of building such a system. Strategies which have been taken in European countries may provide new ideas and possible ways for China to meet the challenge.
