摘要
目的:使用脉冲震荡法(IOS)检测40例COPD患者吸入噻托溴铵粉剂三个月前后的肺功能变化,并与常规通气功能检查作对比。方法:40例COPD患者均吸入噻托溴铵粉剂三个月,在吸入前及吸药三个月后行脉冲震荡及常规通气功能检查。结果:常规通气功能检查显示:患者常规通气功能无显著差异;脉冲震荡检查显示:指标均呈改善趋势,尤以周围气道阻力改善明显,差异有显著性。结论:脉冲震荡法可早期发现吸入噻托溴铵粉剂对COPD患者肺功能的改善作用。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of three months tiotropium bromide inhalation in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）,studied the change of lung function before and after inhalation by using impulse osillometry （IOS） and conventional ventilation function tests.Method：40 COPD patients all received tiotropium bromide inhalation three months.Impulse osillometry and conventional ventilation function tests were checked before and after inhalation.Result：Conventional ventilation function tests showed there was not signifcant difference;the IOS showed：indexes had improved,especially R5-R20,there were signifcant different.Conclusion：IOS can show the improvement of lung function in the COPD patients with tiotropium bromide inhalation at early stage.
