摘要
目的 探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)患者用脉冲振荡法 (IOS)法测定呼吸阻抗与常规肺功能的关系。方法 选择 30例 COPD患者进行常规肺功能检查和 IOS测定，比较各指标的相关性。结果 IOS测定指标中共振频率、 R5、 R5～ R20、 X20和 X25等与通气功能指标、 残总百分比和静息时氧及二氧化碳分压有显著的相关性。结论 IOS测定可以反映 COPD患者的肺功能状况，测定结果重复性好，在临床上有较好的应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the correlation between the parameters measured with IOS and routine pulmonary function test in COPD Patients. Methods 30 stable COPD patients were included. All patients completed routine pulmonary function testing and IOS testing. Results Impedance parameters included Fres, R5, R5－ R20, X20 and X25 were strongly correlated with ventilatory parameters, RV/TLC and Blood gases analysis.Conclusions IOS testing coud be used to detect the impaired degree of pulmonary function in COPD patients.
