摘要
三峡库区产业发展一直比较落后,充分利用全国对口支援和东部产业转移的机遇,把三峡库区的资源优势转变为经济发展优势是三峡库区经济健康持续发展的基础,是移民安稳致富的根本保障。本文探讨了三峡库区承接产业转移的原则,提出了三峡库区承接产业转移必须依托三峡库区的资源优势,着力改善库区投资环境,加强库区人力资源开发。
The industries in the Three Gorges reservoir area are relatively below the general levels and making full use of the counterpart supports from all over the nation and the shift of industrial focus from east China to the west regions as well as transition of its advantages of resources to the those in economical progress is the fundament of sound and constant development and prosperity of this area.This article makes an exploration to the principles of industrial transition in the area and suggests the countermeasures including utilization of the advantageous resources,improvement of the investment environment and further development of human resources.
