摘要
重庆三峡库区是重庆市特殊的生态功能区,产业"空虚化"对库区发展产生重大影响。在回顾库区产业发展政策和存在的不足基础上,提出了扶持库区产业发展的战略建议,需要从水环境保护、移民、金融服务、资源使用等特殊政策上进行倾斜。
Chongqing is special ecological functions area,industry'emptiness'have a significant impact on the de- velopment of Sanxia area.Based on recalling Sanxia area industry development policy and defects,give out strategy proposal for supporting Sanxia area industry development.Should focus on water environmental protection,immigra- tion,financial services and the use of resources.
