摘要
大量临时工的使用,给图书馆带来了:对人道主义和人性化管理的诘问;致使图书馆核心业务外包;影响图书馆人力资源建设和整体工作顺利开展等种种弊端。对此,从多方面给出了解决方案。
The employing of a great deal of casual workers in libraries of universities reveals some problems caused by this situation: heckling for humanitarianism and humanistic management;core operation is contracted out;kinds of disadvantages such as influence on construction of manpower resources and smooth development of whole work.To solve this situation,the article offers projects in various ways.
