摘要
文章渐入分析了高校图书馆难以让人乐观的现状, 着重指出了潜在的危机, 并进一步强调应主动加强文化知识和技术能力的学习与提高。
In the article, the situation that the libraries in colleges couldn't let people optimistic is analyzed step by step . Especially , the potential crises are mainly pointed out . Further more , it is emphasized that the studying and the improvement of culture and skills should be reinforced constantly .
