摘要
利用工业废渣制备闭孔悬浮陶瓷内核,并与改性海泡石微孔材料相结合,构成具有孔梯度以及密度梯度的高活性多孔悬浮陶瓷载体。同时对其悬浮性能、废水处理的应用进行研究和表征。结果表明,该制品具有成本低、高比表面,高活性,极易达到全池流态化、废水处理能力强等特点,说明它是一种新型高效的水处理载体。
Using the industrial waste,Porous high active suspended ceramics was obtained through integrating airtight suspended ceramic cores with the modified sepiolite pore material,which had the hole gradient as well as the density gradient,porous high active.Suspended capacity and wastewater processing application were studied.Results showed that the product with low cost,high surface area and high active can easily reach the entire pool fluidization,while the ability of wastewater processing are strong.In short,it is a new type of cost-effective water processing carrier.
