摘要
首次以月桂酸为有机介质合成了-γFe2O3纳米晶.使用差热分析(TG-DTA)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、拉曼光谱(FT-RAMAN)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)对粉体进行结构表征.实验结果表明:中间体FeOOH经300℃热处理1 h,可得到长260 nm,宽10 nm的棒状-γFe2O3纳米晶.
Gamma-Fe2O3 nanoparticles are synthesized by organic medium method using lauric acid as medium. The products are characterized by TG-DTA, FT-IR, FT-RAMAN, XRD, SEM and TEM. The results show that rodlike γ-Fe2O3 nanoparticles with the length 260 nm and the width 10 nm are obtained when FeOOH annealed at 300 ℃for 1 h.
