摘要
本文阐述了水库大坝安全评判的重要性和现实意义，回顾了此种评判在国内外常用的方法、标准及其存在的问题，提出了一种新的评价方法及相应的判别标准，并给出了实例。该方法在国内外是首次提出，其原则和方向具有开拓意义。
The paper expounds the importance and practical significance of dam safety evaluation. It also reviews the methods and criteria of reservoir dam safety evaluation commonly used at home and abroad as well as the problems existed. It proposes a new method and relevant criteria for safety degree evaluation.The practical examples of projects are given to illustrate the evaluation results by using the method. Its the first time to present this evaluation method both at home and abrood and its principle is of creative significance.
