摘要
目的评价干扰素对ＨＢＶ前Ｃ区突变株的应答反应。方法对１０４例慢性乙型肝炎患者，应用克隆测序和快速检测ＨＢＶ前Ｃ区终止密码突变的方法，共检出２１例突变株，其中１６例曾应用干扰素治疗；野生株２１／２５例曾应用干扰素治疗。结果１６例ＨＢＶ前Ｃ区突变株对干扰素治疗有应答者６例；野生株２１例，对干扰素有应答者９例，二组相比差异无显著性。结论ＨＢＶ前Ｃ区突变株及野生株对干扰素均有部分应答，应答率分别为３７．５％和４２．９％。
Objective The study was to evaluate the response to interferon in chronic hepatitis B patients with HBV pre C mutants.Methods Sequence analysis was made in HBV DNA positive patients by cloning their amplified products to M13,MP18 or PBS and, rapid detection of the stop codon of HBV pre C mutants in 104 chronic hepatitis B patients was coincidently taken. Response to interferon was observed both in the 16 cases with pre C mutants and 21 cases with wild type.Results HBV pre C mutants were detected in 21/ 104 cases, 6/ 16 cases of which response to interferon therapy. In 25 cases with wild type, 9/ 21 cases response to interferon. However, there was no statistic difference between the two groups of HBeAg positive patients and anti HBe positive patients.Conclusion Response to interferon in the patients with mutants are comparable to that of the patients with wild type. Response rates were respectively 37.5% and 42.85%.
