摘要
高校科研管理是依据高校科研管理的自身特点、规律及其组织目标和任务而进行的各种有效的活动过程,对促进高校科研发展具有十分重要的作用。加强高校科研管理应当遵循几个重要原则。
The scientific research management in high institutions is a kind of effective active procedure which based on the characteristic,the rule and the organization goal and the duty of university scientific research management. University scientific research management has very vital role to promote the scientific research development. Strengthening university scientific research management must follow several cardinal principles.
