摘要
以人为本的思想被广泛应用到现代教育管理诸领域。本文阐述了在地方高校师资队伍建设中遵循以人为本思想的内涵并分析了原因,进而提供了若干策略。
Now,humanism is widely used to many areas of modern administration,especially,to education.The passage elavorates the essence,reasons and ways to implement humanism in teaching staff construction in local high education.
