摘要 根据烟道腐蚀环境和技术参数的特点,对某燃煤热电厂安装的一台DTTW-Ⅲ-130湿法烟气脱硫装置(FGD)进行了脱硫烟道及烟囱聚脲防腐蚀涂层的设计。应用结果表明:聚脲涂层的抗磨损和耐高温物理性能,适合应用于脱硫设备烟道和烟囱的腐蚀防护。当施工厚度为3.0 mm时,该高温聚脲防护涂层外观平整,附着力7 MPa,在150℃环境下仍具备优异性能,可保证脱硫装置达到设计的使用寿命。 Anti-corrosion coating for the desulphurization flue and chimney of DTTW-Ⅲ-150 wet flue gas desulfurization equipment(FGD) in a coal-fired power plant was designed based on the characrerristics of environmental and technical parameters.Application results showed that polyureas coating could be used to protect the flue desulfurization equipment due to the properties of wear resistance and high temperature resistance.When the construction thickness was 3.0 mm,the high-temperature polyureas protective coating had a smooth appearance with adhesion of 7 MPa,and outstanding performance even at 150 ℃,the design life of FGD could be reached.
