子宫内膜样腺癌组织中NF-κB p65与ERα的表达及意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨核因子(NF)-κBp65蛋白在不同子宫内膜组织中的表达及其与雌激素受体(ER)α蛋白之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学二步法检测10例正常子宫内膜、60例子宫内膜增生症、20例子宫内膜样腺癌中NF-κBp65蛋白、ERα蛋白的表达,并分析NF-κBp65和ERα蛋白在3组中的表达情况。结果:在正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜增生症及子宫内膜样腺癌中NF-κBp65蛋白中位表达率分别为0、0.47%及9.13%,ERα蛋白平均表达率分别为5.25%、49.97%及35.01%,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。在子宫内膜增生类型为单纯性增生、复杂性增生及非典型增生的组织中,NF-κBp65蛋白中位表达率分别为0、1.27%及3.49%,差别均有统计学意义;ERα蛋白平均表达率分别为60.81%、52.30%及36.81%,单纯性增生组与非典型增生组、复杂性增生组与非典型增生组之间差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。在内膜样腺癌中,NF-κBp65与ERα表达呈负相关(r=-0.491,P=0.028)。结论:NF-κBp65蛋白与ERα蛋白在子宫内膜增生症及子宫内膜样腺癌组织中表达异常,可能促进了子宫内膜样腺癌的形成和进展。 Objective:To investigate the expression of nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) p65 in different tissues of human endometrium and its relationship with estrogen receptor (ER) α.Methods: The expressions of NF-κB p65 and ERα were detected with immunohistochemical SP methods in 10 cases of normal endometrium,60 cases of endometrial hyperplasia and 20 cases of endometrioid adenocarcinoma.Results:It was found that the expression of NF-κB p65 gradually raised in normal endometrium(0),endometrial hyperplasia (0.47%) and endometrioid adenocarcinoma(9.13%),with significant differences between these 3 groups (P 0.05 or P 0.01).The expression of ERα gradually reduced in 5.25%,4.97% and 35.01%,with significant differences between them (P 0.05 or P 0.01).The expressions of NF-κB p65 and Era in endometrial hyperplasia were 0 and 60.81% in type of simple hyperplasia,1.27% and 52.3% in complex hyperplasia,and 3.49% and 36.81% in atypical hyperplasia tissues (P 0.05 or P 0.01).There was a negative correlation between overexpression of NF-κB p65 and the expression of ERα in endometrioid adenocarcinoma(r = -0.491,P = 0.028).Conclusion:The ectopic expressions of NF-κB p65 and ERα may play an important role in endometrioid carcinogenesis.
