摘要
运用正交试验设计探讨了Al-24%Si活塞合金热膨胀性能与其主要添加元素Cu、Mg、Mn之间的关系,并通过建立拟合曲线和二次拟合方程确定了最佳的Cu、Mg、Mn含量的取值范围。结果表明:Mg和Mn对合金热膨胀性能影响显著,而Cu的影响较弱,可以忽略不计,且当Mg、Mn两种元素在给定的取值范围内进行取值时,能够获得25~300℃温度范围内热膨胀系数为18.717×10-6℃-1的合金。
The effects of Cu,Mg and Mn on thermal expansion of Al-24%Si piston alloy were studied by orthogonal experiment,and the best value ranges of Cu,Mg and Mn were determined by fitted curves and quadratic fitting equations.The results indicate that the effect of Mg and Mn on thermal expansion is significant,while the effect of Cu is weak,even negligible.When the conent of Mg and Mn vary in a given value range,the thermal expansion coefficient of the alloy is 18.717×10^-6℃^-1 at 25~300 ℃.
