Establishment of Animal Model of Penicilliposis Marneffei

摘要 目的:建立模拟人马尔尼菲青霉菌病自然感染过程的马尔尼菲青霉菌病动物模型,观察马尔尼菲青霉菌病的自然发展过程。以期对马尔尼菲青霉菌病基础及临床研究提供更多机会。方法:采用耳部静脉注入法接种马尔尼菲青霉菌,每日观察新西兰大白兔的精神状态、活动、饮食及一般状况。在病程第9天对病变肺组织标本和血标本进行培养鉴定感染菌种,对病变肺组织标本行组织病理学检查。结果:马尔尼菲青霉菌组接种成功率100%。结论:实验动物的选择及接种方法的选择是成功建立马尔尼菲青霉菌病动物模型的重要因素,本研究采用耳部静脉接种法成功建立了模拟自然感染过程的马尔尼菲青霉菌病动物模型。 Objective:To establish the animal model of penicilliposis marneffei,Provide basement for further research study of clinic,pathology.and to observe the natural process.Methods:Penicillium marneffei were injected into New Zealand rabbits through aural region vein.We watched animals mental status,activity,food and drink,then abstract the animals lung,and get specimens for the examinations of mycetology and pathology to comprehend the growth of mycetes and pathogenetic condition at the 9th day.Results:Achievement ratio of innoculation in Penicillium marneffei experiment group is 100%(16/16).Conclusion:we establish the models of penicilliposis marneffei by injecting soliquoid of Penicillium marneffei into aural region veins of New Zealand rabbits.It is important for establishing the models of penicilliposis marneffei to choose experiment animals and ways of innoculation.
