摘要
通过测定多糖清除Fenton反应产生的羟自由基(·OH)、邻苯三酚自氧化体系产生的超氧阴离子(O_2^-·)的能力,评价大枣、首乌藤、韭菜子、楮实子多糖体外抗氧化活性。结果表明,这四种多糖对·OH和O_2^-·都具有一定的清除能力,抗氧化活性由大到小依次为大枣、首乌藤、韭菜子、楮实子。实验结果将为天然抗氧化剂的进一步开发与利用提供依据。
To compare the anti-oxidative activities in vitro of polysaccharides from Jujube, Caulis Polygoni Multiflori, Allium tuberosum and tus Broussonetiae, the anti-oxidation of polysaccharides were evaluated by hydroxyl free radicals( · OH) generated by Fenton reaction and scavenging activities of superoxide anion(O2- · ) generated by pyrogallol autoxidation system. The results showed that four different polysaccharides had certain abilities of scavenging ·OH and O2 · , descending order of activity was as follows:Jujube, Caulis Polygoni Multiflori, Allium tuberosum, Fructus Broussenetiae,the results could offer reference for further exploitation and utilization of natural antioxidant.
