摘要
在超临界及超超临界机组的调试过程中,汽动给水泵泵轴抱死事件屡有发生。而一旦泵轴抱死,只能通过更换芯包或停运检修解决,这直接影响了机组的正常运行。为此,分析了发生汽动给水泵泵轴抱死的主要原因:产品质量,安装质量及汽水品质,针对这些可能的原因提出了有针对性的预控措施,并着重阐述了在调试过程中避免泵轴抱死的运行调试技术措施。将其应用于北仑第一发电有限公司三期工程超超临界机组汽动给水泵调试过程中,收到了良好的效果。该措施对在调试期间防止汽动给水泵泵轴抱死具有一定的指导意义。
During commissioning of supercritical (SC) and uhra-supercritical (USC) units, jammed axle failures occurred in some turbinedriving feed pumps. Once the axle was jammed, it must be replaced by the new core of the pumps or stop it to be repaired, which directly affected the normal operation of unit. The main causes of the failures, such as quality of products, quality of the installation and water and steam quality were analyzed. And the technical measures to prevent pump axle from jamming during commissioning were proposed, which were applied in the course of turbine-driving feed water pump commissioning in Guodian Beilun Phase III USC units project with good results. Application development of this project has directive significance for anti-jammed axle of the pumps.
