摘要
"体面劳动"是由国际劳工组织提出并倡导多年的理念,从"体面"的角度讨论劳动和就业,将其作为劳动的重要属性专门提出,在当前形势下具有重要意义。但是在其实现过程中却面临着重重的制度性障碍,这就需要不断地进行相关制度的创新,主要包括户籍制度、社会保障制度和就业制度,以促使中国"体面劳动"的实现机制逐步合理化、优化。
"Decent work" is initiated and advocated by the ILO for many years.Now,it is very meaningful to discuss "decent" as important attribute of labor and employment.But "decent work" in the course of its implementation is faced with numerous institutional obstacles.It requires us constant innovating about the related systems,including the household registration system,the social security system and the employment system and promoting Chinese "decent work" to achieve the gradual realization of optional regrouping in mechanism.
