根据制件的形状和生产要求,对圆筒件的结构及工艺性进行了分析。重点阐述了冲压工艺方案的确定,并针对此工艺方案,制定出合理的工步设计(冲导正孔、切口、多次拉深、冲底孔、切内形及切断落件等多个工序),并详细介绍了该拉深级进模的结构特点及关键零部件的设计。模具运行平稳、维修方便,产品质量稳定,生产效率高。
According to the shape of the part and its production requirements, the structure and processing features of the cylindrical part were analyzed. The determination of the stamping process was discussed emphatically. And according to the determined stamping process, rational processing steps were formulated, including punching of guiding hole, notching, multiple-drawing, punching of bottom hole, cutting of internal shape and blan- king. The structural features of the progressive die and the design of key parts were introduced. The die has been working stably in production. It is convenient to maintenance and repair, with stable products quality, and high production efficiency.
