摘要
西北地区农村幼儿园教师专业发展存在职前教育不足、职后培训欠缺等问题。针对这一现状,我们将高校教师的课题研究与省级示范园对口帮扶及送教下乡活动相结合,采取参与式培训方法对农村幼儿园教师进行在职培训,取得了明显的效果。参与式培训应强调培训方式的“本土化”,高校教师要以平等的态度对待参与者。
The professional development of preschool teachers in Northwest rural areas is insufficient in pre-service and in- service training. To address this problem, we combined the project research of university teachers with one-to-one help project of provincial model kindergartens and deliver-teacher-to-rural-area project, and offered in-service training to rural preschool teachers with the method of participating training. The results are quite encouraging. Participating training should stress the localization of training method and university teachers should treat the trainees as equal partners.
