摘要
目的探讨不同程度急性脑梗死患者血清S100B蛋白和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)含量与其脑梗死体积之间的关系。方法采用电化学发光法和免疫透射比浊法,对56例急性脑梗死患者进行血清S100B蛋白和hs-CRP含量测定,并分析两者与急性脑梗死体积的相关性。结果急性脑梗死患者血清S100B蛋白和hs-CRP含量显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01),其与梗死灶大小及临床预后有显著相关性。结论 S100B蛋白是1种神经胶质标志蛋白,作为急性脑梗死早期诊断敏感的生化指标,对判断急性脑梗死患者病变的严重程度、梗死体积的大小有较好的临床意义。hs-CRP是1种典型的急性期蛋白,CRP的合成与致炎性细胞因子有着密切的关系,其水平升高是炎性反应的1个重要生化指标。联合检测血清S100B蛋白及hs-CRP含量,对于判断急性脑梗死患者病情严重程度和梗死体积具有一定的临床意义。
Objective To explore the different levels of serum S100B protein in patients with cerebral infarction and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) concentration and its relationship between the volume of cerebral infarction.Methods Electrochemiluminescence transmission and immune turbidimetry of 56 cases of cerebral infarction patients with serum S100B protein and determination of hs-CRP,and analysis of both the volume and relevance of cerebral infarction.Results The serum S100B protein in patients with cerebral infarction and hs-CRP protein was significantly higher than the normal control group(P〈0.01),concentration and infarct size and clinical prognosis in a significant correlation.Conclusion S100B protein is a glial marker proteins,as early diagnosis of cerebral infarction sensitive biological indicators of cerebral infarction patients to determine the severity of the lesion,the size of infarct volume have better clinical significance.hs-CRP is a typical acute phase protein,CRP-induced Synthesis and inflammatory cytokines are closely related,the higher the level of inflammatory response is an important biochemical indicators.Combined detection of serum S100B and hs-CRP for patients to judge the severity of cerebral infarct volume and clinical significance of a certain extent.
