摘要
目的:研究辛伐他汀作为激活物对骨生成的促进作用。方法:通过制备大鼠胫骨骨缺损模型填入Bio-oss骨粉,同时给予口服辛伐他汀(实验组),并设立空白组、对照组(骨缺损单纯填入Bio-oss骨粉),于术后4、8、12周分别处死大鼠,进行定性、定量分析,观测骨增量变化。结果:空白组无法形成正常骨愈合;实验组在骨量形成和新骨改建速度方面明显优于对照组。结论:辛伐他汀有促进新骨生成作用。
Objective:To study stimulation of bone formation by statins(simvastatin)as a activation.Method:72 SD rats(3mm defect of left tibia)were random treated with three groups:1.untreated group;2.comparison group:Bio-oss alone be filled in defect of tibia;3.experiment group:compounding simvastatin be taken orally.The rats were sacrificed in 4、8 and 12 weeks and the bone formation was observed.Result:The difference was obvious in 8 and 12 weeks.Compared group 2 and 3,the bone formation of group 3 was better in quality and velocity.Conclusion:Simvastatin as a activation can improve bone formation in defect of rats tibia.
