摘要
目的了解泌尿生殖道解脲支原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)的感染及敏感情况,指导临床治疗泌尿生殖道支原体感染提供参考依据.方法对312例尿生殖道支原体感染患者进行培养、鉴定、及药敏检测.结果 312例支原体感染患者中以Uu为主占204例为65.39%,其次Uu/Mh混合感染为82例占26.28%,而Mh单纯感染为26例占8.33%最低,男性和女性分别为44.9%和55.1%.药敏结果显示Uu、Mh和Uu/Mh分别对四环素(TET)、左旋氧氟沙星(LEV)、红霉素(ERY)、交沙霉素(JOS)、强力霉素(DOX)、环丙沙星(CIP)、氧氟沙星(OFL)、美满霉素(MIN)、罗红霉素(ROX)、阿奇霉素(AZ)I、克拉霉素(CLA)、司帕沙星(SPA)的敏感率31.7%23%16.3%79.2%71.2%15.1%11.5%70.2%38.5%31.1%60.9%35.9%.结论泌尿生殖道支原体感染患者女性高于男性,Uu为主,对Uu感染治疗的首选药物为JOX、DOX、MIN、CLA.
Objectives To investigate urogenital Ureaplasma urealyticum（Uu） and Mycoplasma hominis（Mh） infection and sensitivity to antibiotics,and to provide references for clinic treatment of urogenital Mycoplasma infection.Method The Mycoplasma from 312 patients with urogenital Mycoplasma infection was cultured and identified,and then the sensitivity to dugs was tested.Results Among the 312 cases,the positive rates of Uu,Mh plus Uu and Mh infection were 65.39%（204）,26.28%（82） and 8.33%（26） respectively.The positive rates of men and women were 2 44.9% and 55.1% respectively.The results of sensitivity test demonstrated that the sensitive rate of Uu to tetracycline（TET）,levonoxacin（LEV）,erythromycin（ERY）,josamycin（JOS）,doxycycline（DOX）,ciprofloxacin（CIP）,ofloxacin（OFL）,minocycline（MIN）,roxithromycin（ROX）,azithromycin（AZ）I,clarithromycin（CLA） and spafloxaxcin（SPA） was 31.7%,23%,16.3%,79.2%,71.2%,15.1%,11.5%,70.2%,38.5%,31.1%,60.9%,and 35.9% respectively.Conclusions The incidence of urogenital mycoplasma infection in women is higher than in men.Uu is the main pathogen in the urogenital mycoplasma infection.JOX,DOX,MIN,and CLA are the fist-line drugs for the treatment of urogenital Uu infection.
