摘要
白细胞介素18(IL-18)是新近发现的一种重要的促炎性细胞因子,具有多种生物学活性。在妊娠早期可通过调节子宫局部自然杀伤细胞的活性、影响蜕膜血管重建和胎盘形成,参与胚泡的植入;妊娠是一种特殊的Th2占优势的现象,IL-18可通过影响Th1/Th2平衡,导致早产、自然流产、妊娠期高血压疾病等病理妊娠。
IL-18 is a recently identified important pro-inflammatory cytokine,with a variety of biological activities.IL-18 plays a role in the regulation of NK cell activity,the decidual vascular remodeling and placentation,involved in embryo implantation in early pregnancy.Pregnancy is a Th2 dominant phenomenon.IL-18 causes premature birth,spontaneous abortion,pregnancy-induced hypertension and other pathological pregnancy through disturbing the balance of Th1/Th2.
