摘要
目的分析珍珠粉外敷换药方法治疗外科浅表性皮肤损伤的效果。方法将浅表性皮肤损伤患者126例随机分成试验组和对照组。试验组用珍珠粉换药,对照组用常规方法换药。对两组患者局部疼痛情况、治疗效果进行分析。结果试验组有效率为92.1%,对照组有效率为76.2%。两组患者疼痛程度、疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论珍珠粉外敷换药治疗外科浅表性皮肤损伤有良好的效果。
Objective To analyze the use of pearl powder topical dressing method in the treatment of superficial skin lesions in the surgical results.Methods Of superficial skin lesions of 126 cases were randomly divided into experimental and control groups.Experimental group with pearl powder dressing,dressing the control group by conventional methods.On two groups of local pain,treatment for analysis.Results Of experimental group was 92.1% in the control group was 76.2%.Patients were pain,efficacy difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Pearl powder topical dressing in the surgical treatment of superficial skin lesions with good results.
