摘要
目的探讨鸡蛋膜治疗术中所致浅表性皮肤损伤的效果.方法将我科20例术中所致皮肤水泡及破损病人,局部常规消毒后,用鸡蛋膜换药,治疗2～7d,采用统一的疗效标准观察皮肤的愈合情况.结果本组20例痊愈1 8例,有效2例,有效率100%;平均痊愈天数为3.5d.结论鸡蛋膜治疗术中所致浅表性皮肤损伤疗效好,操作简单、取材方便,经济,易于被患者及家属接受,值得在临床上推广借鉴.
Objective To investigate the effect of egg membrane on treating epidermis injury during operation. Methods 20 patients with skin injury during operation were changed dressing with adherence of egg membrane on damaged skin for 2 to 7 days. Coherent curative effect criterion was used to observe heal of the skin. Results 18 patients with epidermis injury were recovered completely, 2 patients efficacious, with effective rate being 100%. Mean healing period is 3.5 days. Conclusion Egg membrane adherence is an effective way to treating epidermis injury. It has such advantages as easy manipulation, convenient material, economy and patients' acceptance, and is worthy popularizing in clinic.
