摘要
为了充分挖掘与发挥知识型企业人力资源的潜力与创新作用,在系统论述知识型企业人力资源具有流动意愿强、劳动成果难以衡量等特点的基础上,提出了激励方法体系设计原则,并设构建了相应的、科学合理的激励方法体系,对改善企业激励管理具有重要现实指导意义。
In order to fully exploit the potentiality and innovative role of human resources of knowledge-based enterprises,this paper systematically discusses the characteristics of human resources of knowledge-based enterprises. Human resources have a strong tendency to flow and it is difficult to measure the fruits of labor.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics,the principles of system design of motivation method are proposed,and a scientific and reasonable motivation system corresponding to the principle is constructed.This can provide important and practical guidance to improve enterprises’motivation management.
