摘要
玄武岩纤维增强复合材料(BFRP)是一种新型纤维复合材料,相比目前在建筑结构加固中广泛使用的碳纤维来说,BFRP具有较好的延性、耐高温、耐腐蚀特性并且在加固成本方面也有较突出的优势。因而玄武岩纤维材料在某些情况下可替代或混杂碳纤维使用,以期达到同样加固效果的同时降低费用。本文从玄武岩纤维的发展、特性、加固试验研究总结和展望了玄武岩纤维在建筑结构构件加固中的研究现状以及应用前景,并指出当前研究存在的问题及未来需要解决的关键问题。
The continous basalt fibre reinforced polymer/plastic(BFRP) is a new fibrous composite. Compared with the widely used carbon fiber reinforced polymer/plastic(CFRP) , BFRP has many advantages in ductility ,high thermal resistance,corrosion resistance and cost. Therefore BFRP can replace or mix CFRP in structural strengthe- ning in some cases. The general and the prospective developments of BFRP in structural member strengthening are fully summarized and prospected from development, properties, experimental investigations aspects in this paper. Remained problems and key issues which need to be resolved in future are pointed out.
